We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving at semiconductor cleaning equipment manufacturer S, conducted by our company. At the company’s site, although there were many young engineers, there were no technicians capable of managing them, resulting in an inability to divide tasks even if they wanted to. Initially, we started our business with a dispatch contract. We proposed the introduction of a leading member as a technician to manage the issues identified, thereby expanding the structure. We prepared a contracted environment within our company and proposed a dual structure of on-site presence and contracting. We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving at semiconductor inspection equipment manufacturer T Company. The company requested our assistance in developing an in-house contracting system due to a shortage of human resources, specifically for alignment control development. Initially, we participated with one dispatched engineer. With this engineer leading the effort, we proposed an in-house contracting system to address the challenges. In addition to alignment control development, we were also engaged in the development of the inspection equipment's user interface.
